Ok now some rules so you understand the selection process. Rules make everything more enjoyable.
- Establishments that have more than 5 outlets within London will not be featured.
- Must serve takeaway.
Now a little on the rating system. I've kept it simple, 1-5, it's a system that's stood the test of time. Things taken into account when judging are: quality of food, variety and service. Below is a list to help you gauge exactly what the ratings mean. Oh, I may also chuck in a 1/2 mark here and there if I deem it necessary.
- Not worth your time.
- Its edible and it fills a whole but not memorable.
- Good tasty food, let down perhaps by service or variety.
- Excellent quality, worth queueing for.
- This is as good as it gets. Faultless.
£ Everyday value - Change from a fiver
££ Once or twice a week won't hurt - A few pennies over a fiver
£££ Friday treat - Take £6 plus with you.
That is all. Begin. Learn. Discover. And stop bloody queueing in St Anne's Court for that below average Chinese food.
